Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold - For Business

Work quality was excellent. The Watermark team was efficient and productive. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. As they tore out a damaged wall, they discovered some unknown structural damage that resulted in the project costing about 10% and taking a little longer to complete. But, they told me of this immediately, and all was done well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom

They are still on the job, and are doing an excellent job. The workers are very professional. They keep the work area clean and are highly skilled at their tasks. Mr. Buckner came to the initial visit prepared, took appropriate measurements and submitted a bid that was descriptive of the work to be done. Other bids have been very general in nature.

Response by Watermark Restoration, Ltd.: Customer had work related injury that required changes to his home to meet ADA requirements. We were able to work with his insurance and give him a new bathroom with walk-in shower, widen his doors to accomodate a wheel chair and provide some other remodeling to help with his situation. Very good customer, with positive attitude despite situation.

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build

Watermark Restoration recently completed remodeling of our time, including full bathroom and family room remodel. We had an excellent experience with this company. Watermark Restoration consistently demanded excellence as the were careful in every detail of their remodel. This company showed an excellent eye for detail, design and worked with us on every aspect of our remodel. We were very involved clients in the design of our home and they consistently showed patience and understanding as we compared different materials, colors, and expenses. They allowed us time and flexibility with our remodeling decisions and only helped us along the way. Watermark Restoration consistently searched for low prices for equipment in order to keep our costs down. Their goal until the end was to make us happy and satisfied with the work in our home. The workers at Watermark Restoration were honest, dependable, kind, friendly, and very pleasant to have worked in our home. They were always careful and extremely respectful with our property and worked very hard throughout the duration of their project. Most importantly, they were committed to a job done right and really strove for perfection and excellence. We are very happy with the completed work and with our choice of remodeling companies. We would certainly recommend Watermark Restoration to any family looking to remodel their home.
