Well priced! Customer service on the phone could be better. On site contractors do a good job. I am glad I hired them. Should have done it earlier.

I just had a sprinkler system installed in October so I have not had it running long. I do know that I am satisfied with the coverage area and the rain gauge works well. The price was a value, lots of extras added in. Very satisfied would definitely recommend. I did this job with a neighbor and she is very satisfied as well.

These guys are well prepared and know what they are doing! Kind of disappointed about a communication in relation to the original quote that wasn't explained right by the foreman. When I tried to resolve the issue with the office they were unwilling to take into consideration any miscommunication on their end that resulted in more money out of my pocket. If they were less arrogant about that situation I would give this company a gold label 5 star rating!

Contractor and sub-contractor had trouble communicating with each other and informing us the status of the job after scheduled installation date. A project that was scheduled for a one day install but took 8 days to complete.
Response by Water Works, Inc.: We are very sorry for inconveniencing the customer, but there was a special brass fitting for that meter that had to be special ordered. We did apologize and the homeowner was even surprised at how hard it was to get those fittings.

They did a great job, the only problem I had was that the salesman gave me, by word of mouth, a cash discount. When it came time to pay, they did not accept it :( I had chosen them over another company that was recommended by a neighbor because of that discount. So that really irked me.

Always look for there hidden cost.
Response by Water Works, Inc.: The house was 80 years old and we explained that he would need a booster pump, however homeowner wanted to try to run sprinkler system without it. He did however buy the booster pump and his system works great. So no hidden cost, he didn't want to spend money upfront.

I measured a 4 because with the sprinkler system we have to use it and see how maintenance in the fall goes. The crew was professional and efficient they could have put the grass back in better, but with this dry, hot weather, not sure. I am pleased with most of there services so far.

The sales person was good professional and very helpful. customer service was very very poor. Could not get them to come back and seal a hole they created to pull a cable for teh timer to my basemnet. It is over 10 days now and they have still not sent any one to complete the job. I think if no oone comes in the next day or two I will ahve to do it myself.
Response by Water Works, Inc.: We did seal any holes that were made for the install of the irrigation system. We use a clear sealant. The customer was out of town for two weeks and the day he came back we went out to his location to show him that the holes were sealed. We did not want to go to his location until he could be there so we could show him that the job was complete. We do our best to make every customer happy. Water Works, Inc.
