Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair

While they had a fixed price to repair the missing shingles, so did the other roofers I called. The difference is they offered to check the vent stacks while they were up there and add a boot cover to extend the life of the existing boot. They did this with no additional charge. Not only was that helpful since they were up there anyway, they discovered the boot installed by the roofer was too small and we've been getting water in our attic since the house was built 5 years ago! Since only a few shingles blew off, they were willing to possibly lower the fixed price, but discovered it would be a two man job due to the steepness of the roof.

We would gladly award 6 or 7 stars to this crew if that were possible. The two men working not only did a prompt, first class job of shingle replacement, they also identified and fixed rotten wood and original construction oversights instead of just buttoning up and moving on. They even spotted and fixed a standing water problem in a vapor vent during the course of an added skylight installation, & did not even charge extra for patching the ceiling access hole required. Prompt, exactly on schedule, very courteous, and glad to answer questions, this has been our best home repair experience ever.

I would not hesitate to use Watlo Home Improvement Company, Inc. Matt Grubbs promised and delivered on-time as he said he would. His costs in providing my roof repair was very reasonable. Matt even followed up with an email asking if the work was done to my satisfaction and checked to make sure no subsequent leaks from the roof occurred. I felt Matt delivered on both service and cost. I am a very pleased customer. For any future needs, Watlo Home Improvement Company will be the first company I reach out to and call.

The service men were very professional and knowledgeable about the problem. The service men showed me pictures of the problem and explained in depth the cause of the problem and how they would address it. The work was fast and the employees were prompt in returning my calls and providing necessary price quotes and invoices.

We had minor roof damage that needed to be fixed. The work was done the same day with one fixed rate so it made things easy. The check wasn't cashed for over a week but that's the only small complaint. I'd recommend them to anybody

Very responsive and do good work for a reasonable price. Explained everything that needed to be done and the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing. Once we decided what needed to be done they quickly made the repairs. I will definitely use Walto Home Improvement again!
