The company was readily available within 24 hr of the initial contact. I contact Watta on a Saturday after 4pm and they came out the following day which was a Sunday. Mr. watts took his time with assessing the problem and immediately scheduling a appointment the following day to start treatment of the mole problem

Believe the hype. Mr. Watts and his team are every bit the professional, courteous, helpful, understanding experts that their 5 star reviews lead you to believe. I had heard horror stories from friends about water and mold remediation. Mr. Watts came in, explained what needed to be done in terms I could understand and gave me a competitive estimate. He arrived at my house when at the scheduled time and worked efficiently, letting me know how it was going through the entire process. I would reccommend Watts Commercial Cleaning to anyone needs water remediaiton and removal of ruined flooring. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Mr. Watts was very professional and extremely fair in handling an emergency drain back up in my basement. He called me quickly to respond to my initial request for service (on a holiday) and followed up at each instance with great service and real care for a job well done. I can highly recommend him for water remediation and mold removal projects.

Mr. Watts company provided the highest quality of work while simultaneously providing the fairest monetary value. The professionalism of Mr. Watts and his staff was superb. They educated me about the harmful effects of mold before and after they properly removed the mole and mole spores. Then Mr. Watts followed up with me a week later. This is why I decided to use Mr. Watts company for other issues that needed to be addressed in my home. I recommend Mr. Watts company to anyone who believes that quality, respect and honesty are important attributes in a company.
