A little hard to contact by phone and verify appointment time. Arrived later than I was told but managed to be done just as my tree was being delivered by nursery workers for planting.. They were impressed by the quality of Waugh's work and asked who did the work. and his contact information to use for stump removal references.

While the quality of the work was good, the customer service was not. U feel that he relies on voice mail too much. They were scheduled to do the work at noon.They didn't arriveand did not call me with an update. after 11/2 hrs.i called them and left voicemail. 1/2 hr.later, still no response. I called again and left msg. that if i didn't get a response within 15 min., I wanted to cancel. they called and said they were having a problem, but they would be here in about an hour. again, they didn't arrive. I left another voice mail msg. No response! I had to leave. they came sometime between. 4:30 and 6:00. when came home.

They arrived when they said they would, they completed the tree and stump removal for the agreed upon price and they did an excellent job of clean up afterwards. They were very pleasant and very professional. Great job!

They did a nice job once they came out, but it was a problem getting them to come out. It took several phone calls (and not getting calls returned) before they FINALLY came out to do the work they promised would be done a couple of weeks prior.
