Project: New Windows - Multiple

Windows were due to be put in by 8/18, viva contract, I had not heard from them so I called on 8/20, was told they would call back. She did not call, I called again on 8/21 was told again she would call me back in 30 min. 4 hrs later still no word, so I called back again. Finally that evening she called back and said my windows would be in on 8/29 ( they had failed to order) she said they would be out on 9/1/12 to install, no show, no call. Next appointment was set for 9/15, installer arrived 6 of the 8 windows would not fit, due to their inability to measure. Finally got my windows installed on 9/29/12. 7 weeks after contract.

Response by Weather Tamer Home Improvement: We will not deny that there were a couple of mistakes made on this job.The day we didn't show that was scheduled should never of happened and we rectified the situation to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Also,the windows were mismeasured by 1/4" due to the settling of the house causing the windows to be tight.We did provide the customer a discount back on the contract due to the time and hassle of our mistake and offered our apologies to try and make the things right.However,the contract stated work would be done by 8/31,and would have been completed by that deadline but she required work to be done only on sat.Also,the windows were order

Mr. Howerton was straight forward, honest, helpful and proud of his work force and product. The 2 man team that worked on my home, Neils and Joey, loved their job and the company that they work for. Their loyalty and their satisfaction shows, in detail, in what they do and did for me. Greatly satisfied!

Great job but took several months after signing contract to get job completed. Only took 3 days to complete it once it was started. Felt the pricing was a little high, but the workers were very nice and cleaned up each day before leaving. Looks great.
