Project: Install Interlocking Pavers for Patios, Walks and Steps
No major problems. They had to come back to redo sealing sand on pavers because it rained 2 1/2 inches the evening after this sealing sand was installed. It was just bad timing. The pavers were glued down and they needed this sealing sand to protect the glue while it was curing.

Absolutely beautiful. Had a patio and retaining wall installed. Looks great, I can’t think of anything negative to say about the quality of work. Crew was fast and efficient and didn’t cut any corners.

From start to finish this was a nightmare to deal with. From the first day when Sean came out to do the estimate he was almost a half hour late. From then untill we decided to use Webster because of the presentation and price and I signed the contract things went smoothly. After that getting him to answer or return my calls in a timely manner was impossible. My driveway expectations were not met when it was finally complete. The top looks great. The sides are horrible with very rough look. He kept trying to find the easy way to do everything. I had to supervise the whole project and in the end I would of payed more for a lesser headac
Response by Webster Landscaping: We didn't realize at the time the Service Magic request came in that we weren't dealing with the homeowner, but her family member tenant. When we did, we requested that we be put in touch with the homeowner for approval of the project. In doing that, we were then dealing with both parties and answering both sets of calls, questions etc irritating the tenant. In regards to the appointment for estimate, we were 5 mins late and the tenant was upset that we hadn't called him to let him know. In regards to the work, the homeowner never stated any dislike, only the tenant. Lastly, the tenant didn't pay for the project, the homeowner
