He contacted me promptly and came out the same day and did the repairs. He quoted me for the work went to HomeDepot for the supplies came right back and had the roof fixed quickly.

We would have rated him perfectly, except for the fact it took almost 2 weeks (after his quote) for him to repair the problem. Once he repaired it, though, he was thorough, friendly, tidy, and willing to discuss preventative measures for the problem. His rates were reasonable, too.

Scott arrived about an hour after we called. We needed some shingles replaced that had blown off, and a tv dish removed. He had to go for shingles and arrived back less than an hour later. Within 90 minutes the work was down. My wife and I were both very satisfied. Thank you for the recommendation.

Other than not calling me back to clarify on the color not matching on the gutter section I had them add over hte existing gutters, the other work was outstanding in quality, craftsmanship & time it took to install. Very professional, & I was satisfied overall with their work.
