Excellet follow up. Warrantied their work on my bed bugs issue. Another exterminator wanted to charge just $50 less and offered no warranty. Great guys. Hopefully no bug issues in the future but if we do have some, I'll be calling WPC again.

very concerned about carpenter ants eating my house since I am putting up for sale. Right after they sprayed we had a big rainstorm and worried that it may not work so I called them about it and took care of the worry

Jim and all his employees I have dealt with are very professional, friendly and courteous. They listen to your problems and give honest advice. Above all, they accommodate and show up when you actually need them. I strongly recommend WPC if you are looking for a trustworthy pest company.

Bought a house/garage w/ a bad termite infestation. Jim (WPC owner) was extremely involved and helpful in decision process. I bid out to others and got much cheaper bid from T-ex. After review of their ratings I decided on Westboro, though priced higher. I made the right call. They did MORE, much more, than they bid, gave a 5 yr warranty (others are one and then you pay for extra years-seems how they get you). Reco. these guys highly. Best of luck.

He called right away and took care of the ants. He was very thorough, considerate and wanted to make sure we were ok. The only thing was he was a bit talkative and could have done the work in less time. We had alot of other personal things going on and it was a crazy weekend. Ultimately he was able to accomodate us timewise for the appt.
