$2,500 for 3 men who worked a total of 5 1/2 man hours each totaling 16 1/2 man hours is beyond reasonable. Being liberal with material cost at $500 puts the per man hour charge at more than $121

Project: Level Concrete Slabs Using Injection Technology

They discussed potential solutions and estimated costs prior to the job, came out on time performed under their estimate, filled the drilled holes for the pumping, and took the time to match the color and texture, Then they cleaned up. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend their services for any task they can do based upon the professionalism and courtesy they exhibited on this job.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation

WCS LLC KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! If you are going to have any basement waterproofing or foundation repair done you must at least have them give you a free inspection and estimate. Awesome job, well done! They saved me over 20k because the other guy told me I had to replace a section of my foundation. I will use them again.

Western Construction Systems was the only company that I contacted that was able to fix my broken cement stair. They then recommended a sealant that would help prevent breakage in the future. They were quick too and got back to me in just one day with a written bid and finished the job the same week. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their serviced int the future.

The contractor did some grinding on my sidewalks. I feel the price was too high for how small and quick the project was. Was also disappointed to find out from the City that the contractor did not get the permit prior to doing the work. When I called them to ask about it they told me they did not know a permit was needed to grind the sidewalk. They did not offer to get the permit but told me it was only about 25.00-30.00 dollars to get one. I ended up having to spend another 60.00 to get the permit after paying the contractor 385.00 to do the 30 min job.
