We had trouble locating the shut off valve as I am new to the home, but the service provider spent quite a bit of his time to help me find it and was very honest and up front about what my options were.

I had contact from Western Premier the day after my request and my sprinklers were blown out less than a week later. I had just finished a kitchen remodel working with a lot of different professionals. It was refreshing to have a professional, Western Premier, show up on time, and get the job done right in one shot.

Quick response, agreed to the job over the phone, arrived as scheduled and performed work quickly, cleaned up, responded to changes in the circumstances politely, had the much better price than the competition, gave references readily who vouched for his service.

Not very professional on the phone. We had to give our address twice. Didn't bring any document for estimate. Showed up with insufficient equipment and man-power even after estimate. Didn't clean up after themselves well. Damaged our roof and fence, then didn't hear from them for 4 days until we called and learned that they lost our phone number. They called a roofing guy and the damaged roof was fixed on the next day of the job without our knowledge, which means the guy walked into our fenced property with no notice or a permission. They had better pricing and options for estimate, and the job was sufficient enough but lacks professionalism.

I e-mailed Elliot to find out when he will return to work on our yard and if he will be addressing landscape issues about the backyard too. Otherwise, pleased what has been done so far. Very nice people to have work around our home.
