great experience at first, but after numerous callbacks, not so great. The upper downspouts were not anchored to the gutters, and several gutter support brackets needed to be fixed. The subsequent repairs used fasteners which are not exterior grade and rusted. The chimney flashing was not smooth and tight against the roof. The siding and porch roof flashing pulled away from the house and allowed water into the house, leaking into the front foyer

New high-end (difficult-to-install) roof looks great, was installed promptly and expertly, at a competitive price. Also found and repaired some rotten boards around the downspouts. Only complaints were oil drip marks on my driveway from their haul-away truck and a slightly busted board on my cedar deck which they said they'd repair.
