Wickstrom did a great job of making me feel valued, and even saved me money by avoiding unnecessary work. I would go with them again, should any issues arise with my plumbing/heating/cooling.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
My repair was looked over, bid on, and won my job. Not just for the very fair bid but because I trusted Jim.. His crew did a very good repair in a very little time. I feel safe now!

Service man was very polite, quickly diagnosed the problem, wore booties to protect the carpet inside the house, answered many of my questions, replaced the broken hose bib with a new one and that was it. I appreciated the immediate service. I would use them again.

Wickstrom kept me informed when there was a delay to getting to my job and arrived on time when they rescheduled. The plumber fixed the drip in the shower, but I was disappointed to see the plumber missed my biggest leak which was dumping water on my wooden sub floor. He came back and found the leak. The rate was higher than I expected so I finished the job myself. They waived charges for the second vist wherein the plumber correctly identified the leak he missed the first visit.
