We loved working with Bill on our new front porch. He took our idea (which was a picture torn from a magazine) and made it a reality. Bill did everything from writing up a very complete and acurate estimate, to recommending products, getting architectural plans, meeting with the historical society, the town engineer and going right through to the inspection. When he couldn't find the exact columns we wanted, he made them from scratch. Every one he brought on the job was top notch. Bill really is a one-stop shop and we highly recommend him. Bill went above an beyond to provide the highest quality and workmanship. He was able to identify the issue with my house and accurately estimate costs and time associated with the project. He is very good with communicating when the work will be started and completed, while updating all along as the project proceeds. Bill is very ethical and I recommend him highly. In fact, I'm having him do more work on my house.

William built three level deck roughly total of 700 sq ft area. Deck came out beautiful and would highly recommend William Mendicino to anybody. He listen and understand the customer and provide valuable input. He isvery easy to work with and would do minor changes on demand.

Mr.Mendocino did an excellent job for me. He repaired the damaged arch over a window and identified and repaired several other damaged areas on the exterior of my home. He responded quickly to my request for service and communicated well with me throughout the project. I highly recommend Bill to you when you need contractor services.
