I was apprehensive using service magic and also Williams Electronics as there is so many scams and frauds out there but I needed help and I knew what Samsung would have charged for repairing my TV. Chuck from Williams Electronics contacted me shortly after I signed up with Service Magic. I explained the problem and we set up a time for the repair. Chuck showed up on time and with parts in hand. He was done in about an hour and the price knocked my socks off. It was only 120 dollars. I was only charged for parts and a service call. He had to drive a good 25 miles and paid bridge toll. Mr. Williams work is top notch. He repaired my Samsung 214T monitor and NAD CD player. They both work like new. His service was very fast. In addition, he picked up and delivered my equipment to my home. He is very professional and his prices are reasonable. I would use him again to repair my electronic equipment. I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs electronic repair.
