Project: Inspect, Analyze or Certify the Condition of a Roof
The contractor was business-like and responded to phone calls and appointments and with proposals in a timely fashion. He was pleasant to do business with. He worked on fixing a leaking roof; and in all honesty, I cannot say the problem is fixed until the next heavy rain. He did do all that he set out to do however.

Project: Repair Drywall
They repaired some ceiling drywall that had water damage from the hurricane. Replaced insulation above affected area, and added some extra screws to surrounding area of drywall to make sure it wasn't warped/pulled down by the weight of the water-damaged drywall. They covered everything in the room with plastic, even things on the other side of the room well away from the work area. Also cleaned up very well. Was courteous to me and my family while they were at the house. We will use them again. Thanks!

This was my first time using WIlliams Renovations, and I am completely satisfied. Doug gave me a very fair estimate, was up front about how he would do the job and followed though with everything we talked about. He and his helper were punctual each day and even stayed late to finish the job. When my wife and I asked for some changes mid-way through, Doug was completely accomodating. I have another project lined up, and I will definitely be hiring Doug for that, as well.

The 2 guys who worked on my roof where great I work over night and sleep during the day they worked around my shedule so they would no disturb me.They cleaned up any mess they made and my roof looks great

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I had a leak around the vent pipe on the roof so he had to remove some shingles, put metal undersheathing around pipe and replace shingles. He was the first to call me back. He arrived when he said he would and it took as long as he said it would. Everything was cleaned up afterward. We have had several rain storms since and no leaks. Very good price. Highly recommend.

I called for a roof repair and he was there the next day. I cannot even see where he repaired the new shingles. The job was done promptly and neatly.
