Williamson called the same day and had the work done the following day. Benjamin is the one who did the work, and he did an excellent job. It was perfect. In fact, we took several of his cards and have already handed them out to our neighbors, so I hope that brings him even more business.

His workers are good, but Mr. Williamson's inability to accurately communicate with them in Spanish led to several mistakes. In then end, I had to check on the project every few hours and attempt to communicate directly with his men in order to get the job done correctly. This worked out fine, and I am particularly happy with the brick and stone work that was done. The price was fair. But I wouldn't recommend him because he doesn't listen carefully to what the customer is asking him to do, and he doesn't know how to tell his men what do do beyond "dig here, bricks here, cut here"

He did an excellent job. Even though he was there hours more than he expected to be he did not ask for more money, but I paid him extra. He scrapped all the paint speckles off the windows, took them off and cleaned the frames. I do not think the windows looked this good even when the house was new.
