Project: Clean and Inspect a Chimney or Fireplace
It took less than 30 minutes to clean chimney, then charge $100 for the service. I was expecting more for my money. Didn't see any inspection going on, but the chimney is clean hopefullly. But they were friendly and on time. And I would recommend them again.

They were very professional and efficient. They had a surprise when checking the chimney. Wasps!!!! They got rid of the wasps and cleaned he chimney! Will definitely recommend them!

MUCH cheaper than other candidates, and totally satisfactory completed job; will definitely contact them next time. Only complaints: came at an unscheduled time without calling, leaving my daughter who had just had wisdom teeth extracted to move things while they watched and waited. Other than that, everything was great!

He was punctual; he covered all areas where soot might fall before he began; he did an excellent job cleaning the chimney, which had not been cleaned in 20 years; and, he was courteous and efficient.

I received a call almost immediately from Window Gang to set up an appointment for our chimney inspection and cleaning. The two men came the next day, did the job quickly and professionally, and I couldn't be more pleased with their job. I plan to use Window Gang again.

They were very quick to call back. They also worked me in on the same day, gave me a great price and didn't alter that price when it actually should've been a bit more! The team sent out to me was nice and did the work quickly. I will be working with them again!

It took him only 10 minutes to clean the chimney. I was very surprised that the short amount of time it took to clean then to charge $80 for the service. I was expecting more for my money. He was very polite and did do a good job.
