Project: Clean Windows - For Business

The windows were very clean and Kelly paid very close attention to details. He was very happy and proud of his work. However having to pay an additional $25.00 to return when they cannot get to a certain job site due to construction or something beyond their control is not very customer friendly.

Response by Window Genie of Washtenaw: We make every effort to complete the job in one trip. If we have to return to complete the job because of something we did or did not do, there is no charge. But if we have to return to complete the job because something that was under the customer's control, we will "usually" add a $25 trip charge. This covers additional wages I have to pay my employees, gas, and also the loss of income from other jobs I could not schedule because of the return trip. In this case, the floor had been waxed and we were not allowed to walk on it to complete the job and had to return the next day.
