Your low price includes a design consultation, removal and disposal of the old window coverings, installation of the new treatments, and service after the sale. We service all the products we sell and most repairs are done in your home. Furthermore, we won't send young, inexperienced installers to your home. The only people you'll see from Window-ology will be professional in every way! We are a member of the BBB with an A+ Rating. Hal has been very helpful. One of the shutters was drooping and he came out and adjusted it. It still isn't working quite properly, so he is ordering parts for me and is very helpful and cheerful. I love my shutters! They are beautiful and just exactly what I wanted for my newly decorated study. Love them! Love the service! Thanks, Hal!

Overall I have been very pleased with the products and the installation even though we had some delaydue to the contractor I chose to use--not window ology's fault. The only thing I was very up set about was the lack of deposit of my last payment check for over 31/2 weeks----my project was a Probate project and I had to close the bank account relating to Probate and due to the lack of deposit from Window ology I had to pay "lack of funds fees" pay the $2000.00 + balance out of my own account and this made a big problem in paying my monthly bills. The fee was over $400.00 in addition to my totals to Window ology. Very bad business.

The communication is top notch. Not only Window-ology consistently is prompt it his communication they are alos very friendly and most importantly Window-ology is there for you. Going through the proces with you and helping you to create the look we desired. Price wise Window-ology did there home work and came back with a price we approved on. We would certainly recommend Window-ology to others.
