Competent and well-spoken sales guy (Ted). He could rattle off specs and model numbers and did a great job explaining the job before the bid. The bid was appropriately detailed. The work was done in a timely, courteous manner by Donnie.

Very pleased and satisfied with the work they were able to do. However, they were not able to resolve two of the problems we asked them to fix. Also, they promised follow-up research on one problem but have never contacted us since their visit.

They sent someone out IN PERSON to give an accurate consoltation. Then when the technicians came out, they were very knowledgable, helpful, hard working, paid attention to detail, and friendly. We were going to go with one idea, but on their own, they figured out a better configuration. Even though it was more work, they still WANTED to do it because it was a higher quality install. This is the mindset I saw throughout the entire process. And when they were done, they cleaned up the area they were working in. I would highly recommend this company for any of your audio/visual needs.

The guys who did our TV mount were on time, very friendly, very professional. The job was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up all the construction dust. I was really pleased with this job and will definitely use Xcite Audiovisuals again in the future.
