Ronnie was great. Professional and friendly. Best of all the stains were removed from my carpets! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs carpets cleaned- they look brand new :)

My experience with Xtreme Clean was incredible! They are now my family’s permanent carpet cleaner. The results were absolutely amazing considering the circumstances. My entire family endured a nasty stomach virus the week before which is why we needed the carpet cleaned ASAP. We have young boys in bunk beds and they were unable to make it to the restroom (sorry for the visual). Our carpet looked new again and smelled pleasantly fresh after the xtreme clean. Thanks Xtreme Clean…you saved our carpet!!!

I first had an "extreme" clean that was okay but they missed a lot of obvious areas that needed attention and it took them a very long time (I think too long for what they accomplished) so I had to pay more than was originally quoted. I agreed to a second claening in two weeks. I was very disappointed that they only dusted at the furniture and did not use any furnture polish failed to clean tv screens or inside glass doors. The cleaners are very short so if you want anything tall to be tended to you can forget that because they cannot reach tall spaces. On the extreme clean they used both of my vacuum cleaners (Electrolux and Dyson).
Response by Xtreme Clean, Inc.: The first time we clean the property it did take longer due to the condition and the type of cleaning that were required. The size of the property normally requires 3-4 hours of cleaning it did take around 6-7 hours to clean it. The second cleaning the customer was still not satisfied and we honor our policy in which she received a free clean. However, we always strive to make sure every customer is satisfied.

Ronnie Johnson was very accommodating and able to get cleaning arranged on short notice. Price went up slightly when he came out to see what needed to be done. However, I feel overall price was fair. The two ladies that cleaned did a great job. On time, very pleasant and started right to work. House smelled so fresh and clean when they finished. Also sent someone out to clean carpets. Carpets looked much better. Carpet cleaning guy was a little messy but otherwise, on time and did a good job. Thank you!
