Everything was very clean! House and fences are shining! However I disliked that many of my windows were not clean. They still had chemical residue. The residue was also on parts of the roof. Most likely rain will eventually clean that .A week later there is still a marking around the rug on the front porch. My dislikes are the reason for lower quality. The people were very kind and nice.
Response by First State Roof Cleaning: As soon as I received a message from service magic I contacted the customer. Although she was happy with the outcome of her house and fence, she had concerns about her windows have a residue on them. She also asked about her roof being white. I explained to her that that could be because her roof could have dirty or has bacteria growing on her roof. The white spots could be from the overspray of our cleaning agent cleaning her roof. She has agreed for us to go out tomorrow and assess the situation and correct anything that is a concern to her.
