Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
I did not know how very expensive my repair was until I had to pay Adobe Builders. They didn't do much work but charged a high price. I should have shopped around. They did a good job but they charged too much. The workers spoke Spanish to each other but I don't know Spanish so I didn't know what was going on. They didn't come with the proper equipment. I do not know if they did a quality job but they said they did it well. I believe them for the price I paid.

Project: Hire a Handyman
A few response delays to get final quote for job scope and schedule work. Tile repair was done very well, valve clean & repair marginal; I probably could have done a better job. Overall, I would use Adobe Builders again.

Project: Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings
Overall, I was happy with the carpenter and the tile man. I was unhappy with the quality of the staining and the fact that there was very little sanding of the ballisters/wood. The staining is uneven and the separation of the wood is poorly done. I felt that Ricardo kept rushing the workers and that because of this they did not do as good a job as they could have done.
