Caleb was a huge help. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and we fixed the problem without him even need to come for a visit. He was way more concerned about meeting my needs than making sure he had a job. I would HIGHLY recommend Caleb for any spa needs.

We have an Arctic Spas hot tub and when I spoke with others, they had no idea how the system works. Caleb knew that these spas are different from others. He was able to diagnose the problem and where to get the needed parts to fix it. We always look for friendly knowledgable people to help us out. Caleb is both. He came out quickly, diagnosed and did the repair with efficiency and at a fair price. I highly recommend him for any spa or any related issue, as has a deep knowledge of spas and water chemistry.

Professional. knowledgeable, and fairly priced as we now have a usable old spa we can soak in at the of the day. He repaired the manifolds which were leaking.
