they need to hire another person to make the work faster so one person is't doing most of the work. I only received one clicker for garage door opener and no key pad not happy about that but they did a great job.

Absolutly wonderful to work with. Prompt return of phone calls(within 24 hrs) Really good at listening to what your fears are (this is not the first time our garage with its flat roof/deck has had to be fixed) and putting them to rest. Extremely knowledgeable,catching things that other companies we interviewed didn't. From the first meeting made us feel as if our job was the most important thing to him and never the feeling of "yeah yeah been there done that"that we also felt from a couple of the other companies. To sum it up YES would recommend them and hire them again

My mother raved about the service she received, and was impressed by how professional not only the owner is - but also his entire staff. The work completed is top notch and everything was done as promised. All her questions were answered and the workers were very neat and kept the work area clean.

CTK Construction was prompt in their effort to start and complete the project I requested. The work, from start to finish, was well thought out and superbly built. I had freely entrusted CTK Construction to enter my home without my familys or my presence, to which I can attest that CTK Construction is trustworthy and honest. CTK Construction was courteous and respectful to my family and me, and throughout the entire period, extremely focused on mission completion. I will gladly recommend Christian Maynard, and CTK Construction, to anyone in search for a home renovation or other construction needs.

Exceptional craftsmanship and a pleasure to work with. Chris and his crew were professional, highly skilled, and showed great attention to detail. Communication was excellent and Chris patiently answered all my questions. His depth of knowledge and clear explanation of wood choice, safety standards, and design gave me confidence in his decisions. His suggestions made the project even better than I anticipated. The result was a sturdy deck that looks fantastic. I chose CTK Construction based on other positive reviews, and I couldnt be happier with their exceptional work. Project: Build a New Closet

CTK gets a gold star for perfect communications. They finished the job on time and on budget, and took extra, extra care to make sure everything was done up to and beyond my expectations. When a subcontractor didn't color match my cabinets correctly, CTK was my bulldog and made things right without having to drag me into it.
