Project: Find Moving Services - Local (Within State)
The entire process was as easy as moving can get from start to finish. I had a short move, taking my furniture and belongings from a house to an apartment 4 miles away. The items needed to be moved from the second floor at one end to the second floor at the other end. I submitted my list online using the provided form so that an accurate estimate could be prepared. The 2 men showed up on moving day toward the beginning of the two hour arrival window. They called half an hour before they arrived. They were pleasant, professional, and moved everything into and out of the van quickly yet carefully. Can't say enough good things about them.

DN Van Lines performed a move for our family at the end of 2011, the customer service (Scott R.) was amazing. The sale of our condo was a headache due to the buyers lender being incompetent, so i kept having to call DN Van lines and push out the move date. They were more flexible than I would have expected and the move itself went well. It does totally depend on the crew you get, and I suggest marking your boxes well, what you want where - and be willing to have the crew put the things where you want. Our crews did this and the guys were a friendly and good bunch. Treat them well, and they'll do the same :). I would recommend and use again (but I hope we stay put for a while!)

The customer service was fantastic from the first contact when I was still shopping for a moving company to the final minute of the job. On moving day the men arrived in the middle of the arrival window provided and called when they were 10 minutes away to give us an additional heads up. They worked hard, were careful with our stuff, were friendly and professional throughout the move. My only frustration was regarding wardrobe boxex: we were told we'd only need 3-4 and the men only had 5 on moving day. We could have used a 6th or 7th and as a result we had to go back to get these on our own the next day. I just wish they'd had more available.

DN Van Lines did a fantastic job with moving. We were impressed with how quickly they completed our move. We are truly happy that we hired them, and are grateful we didn't attempt to move ourselves. Worth the price. Speaking of price, it was a good value as compared with other movers.
