I am a trained Feng Shui designer that specializes in Zen, Asian Style Gardens and different styles of Japanese Gardens. Robert and his crew did an outstanding job installing my sprinkler system. They started the project on time, and finish the installation without any problems. Robert and his crew are pros at what they do, if you want a fair price, and the job done right give them a call. I highly recomend them for a job well done!!!

Isles of Serenity Landscaping Co. did an outstanding job for us. They showed up on time, were hard-workers, and completed the job within the specified time-frame. The company's owner was more than willing to answer all our questions about sprinkler systems and landscaping and resolved any issues. The landscaping and plant selection were outstanding! We look forward to a wonderful watered lawn and landscape this summer!

Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
Excellent contractor; timely submittal of bid price & communicated well from start to finish. His crew was quick, able & professional, although I had to go around the yard & do some clean-up detail after they left (rocks & small dirt piles, etc.) but I'm a bit finicky about those kind of things, so wasn't a real distraction. I would definitely recommend this contractor as he stands behind his work.

Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
They stated that when digging they would have to remove some of the plants and flowers in the path of the sprinkler, but afterwards would replace back the plants from whence they came. After there stated completion numerous plants were left laying around requiring us to replant them. Also during their digging they also cut a power line leading to a outdoor light which required me to bring in an electrician to repair the line. At the start they provided an estimate for 9 zones even after I told them of our low water pressure. To finish they had to put 2 extra zones in to complete the task. The one good thing was he split the cost added.
Response by Isles Of Serenity Landscaping Inc: There are times that I am completely surprised by someone and this one of these times. When we finished the project the customers and I walked through his yard and he was very happy. Neither one of us saw any plants lying unplanted. I do understand his unhappiness over the cut wire. However, I explained to him that if there were any problems to call me. I never was called so I could make it right. If the customer would have called me I would have repaired the wire at no cost. Negative reviews disturb me and. I wish the customer would have given me the chance to make things right.

Fast, friendly, flexible and hard working. I can not say enough about the project manager or his crew. They went above and beyond my expectations for the walkway, patio and sod project for my home.

Bob and his crew did a great job on my backyard landscaping and fencing. They finished everthing in 3 days and my fence and paver patio looks amazing! Bob is always around when we have questions about our yard and he is very patient with all my questions, he had given me a lot of good and professional suggestions, i am very happy with his team and will recommend him to my friends and neighours, which i have already did.......still need to wait till spring before i can see the grass come out and Bob promised to come back in spring time to reseed my yard and help me to plant some trees too, i rate him as 5 stars and beyond!

Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
This contractor did not respect my wishes in the step I had built, did not place the walkway at the right level even though I pointed it out to him during construction. He was condensending in attitude-he "knew best" and basically blew off my concerns and comments.
Response by Isles Of Serenity Landscaping Inc: The code states that a step has to be a certain height or I could have the state fine me. I explained the situation and she stated she understood. I don't understand how this was condencending at all. I provided serviced magic with the building codes which they refused to even consider and posted this negative review despite the law backing me up. Simply put if I had set the step at the height the customer wanted it would create a tripping hazard and if someone tripped and got hurt I would have shared the liability for not following building codes.

Both Bob, the saleman, and Lupe, the job forman, were very professional and spent time to make sure they explained everything to us. The system runs good and covers our yard very well. We had 9 zones installed and they did it all in one day. They arrived got everyone right to work and worked until done. We would recommend to anyone or hire them for another project. Only comment I have is that it would have been nice if they would have had a roller to roll the sod back down but that was a minor issue. Great job by Isles of Serenity.

Starting with the estimator/owner, we had a great experience with Isles of Serenity Landscaping.. He was prompt keeping the first appointment, very knowledgeable, and presented his plan in a manner that we could clearly understand. All of our questions after he left were able to be addressed via email and he was very good about getting right back to us. The crew was exceptional. Alays on time and wasted no time. They were as professional as any I have ever seen and did an excellent job. My wife and I are thrilled with our new front yard.
