Manual was very knowledgeable about what needed to ne done to finally address my persistent leaking problem that the original installer (Home Depot: Never, ever use them!). Also, he and his crew were pleasant, quick and left my property clean afterward.

All of the recommended pros called me immediately and all three came to my house to give me an estimate within 2 days. Segarra had the lowest bid with good reviews so I went with them. The roof repair was completed very quickly. All together it was a very pleasant experience. All 3 companies were very professional.

Don't be fooled because Mr. Manuel Segarra is an older gentleman. He is super knowledgeable, honest, professional and courteous. Runs a very small business but did everything as promised. My insurance inspector came back to see the work and said that he did the work correctly when other roofers would not have known how to do it. Loved working with him.
