Over here the owner was doing a condo conversion and wanted to add more light, so we did. And what an impact it made inside and out. First we ripped out that eighty year old dormer, then added three Velux deck mounted skylights.We finished off by replacing the remaining slate front with a forty year shingle that appears to be slate from a distance. Replaced the flat roof above to keep the water from damaging the rest of the new condo, and we're done!
