Cool autumn days made this a nice project to work on- no sweat, literally! The leak around the chimney was made right thanks to B Near Roofing, and new sky lights were replaced while the interior was being renovated. Place includes 40-Year CertainTeed w/ algea resistant granules, Grace Ice and Water Shield (the best WSU available) and ridge vent. One icy morning delayed the finish, but judging by the pictures, it didn't turn out too shabby after all.
