Replaced entire floor with customer provided materials. Included complete demo of existing floor and replacement ,of sub- floor. Built custom transitions to match existing designer concrete floor.
Replaced all baseboard which was hand scribed to floor. Specs required that you cannot fit a credit card under base.
Painted all new base board.
