Washes are most successfull over a matte base, evenly and speedily applied. This looks simple but is a very vigorous work out. Base colors can be tinted and surface must be smooth. Touch up for a wash finish is difficult, we strongly advise to do all the electrical outlets first. We cover everything and constantly work over new carpets .We prefer to be the last people off the job, ensuring that everything is perfect. Dead flat varnishes are great for dry finish washes and they can be cleaned.
