A condo unit needed to be completely remodeled due to flooding from an upstairs unit. This job was a success, although the owners were out of town and communication was done by telephone and email. Drywall was replaced, complete kitchen and bathroom remodel including all new flooring, doors and painting throughout this 2 bedroom 2 bath, 1064 square feet.
