This project required a complete tear-off down to the roof deck. Pulled all remaining nails (as opposed to hammering them in) and replaced about 10 sheets of deteriorated roof sheathing (3/4" Plywood). This is a complete GAF System which includes: Weather Watch Leak Barrier, Shngle Mate Deck Protection, Timberline Archetectural Shingles and Cobra II Ridge Vent. Each new roof installation includes all new metal flashings and collars and well as new neoprene boots.
