About This Gallery

We designed and built this home as a "Healthy Home". The Master is on the main with 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bonus room, The detached garage has a 630 sq ft ADU over the Garage. The Heating system for the home and ADU is a Geo-thurmal system, There are 9 vertical holes under the home before excavation to capture the heat from the soil, The Lot is a 55 ft wide and the home was designed to fit ths lot, capturing as many envionmental benefits as posable

Hey! This is my house! A friend ran into this page accidentally today and sent me the link! When I say it's my house, I mean this very one pictured here is my house, not just that I have the same design. Built by Cecil Smith. We've lived here 10 years. It's a great house, but is not designed for kids. Low shelves, high ceilings, hard surfaces, no separate family/TV room. But since we don't have kids, or grandkids nearby, it's great for us. It's a gorgeous home on a great lot in a great community. Built for people with chemical sensitivities, as is the apartment over the garage. Beautifully done. <br /> <br />Karis H., Fairview, OR
