This house had leaks in the valley's and they wanted them repaired. Also, the chimney's needed new step flashing and counter flashing. All the ridge needed new metal flashing as well. The Valley's were completely torn out and ice and water shield was put down as an underlayment and then new metal valley was put back with the same slate. Both Chimney's were redone with metal step flashing and the counter flashing was tucked into the mortar. All Ridge metal was replaced and new seamless gutters.
