Every landlord’s nightmare! Dirt, Soda spills, food, garbage, pet stains & odors. There was no vacuum cleaner either. No signs of anyone caring at all on how clean they were living. We used our 6 step carpet cleaning method (as described in our profile). The Carpet cleaned up like new again. I did have 2 small stains that came back after a few days and I gladly returned and re-cleaned them at no extra charge. The landlord was very pleased because he thought he would have to replace the carpet.
