Comment: I purchased a vacant lot at 4926 Locust St. This lot is zoned RM-1. I intent to build a 3-story structure with (3) two bedroom units, one on each floor. This will not require a variance. Looking for a full service firm to get me drawings quickly so we can get the zoning use permit and building permit, and do any soil analysis or other engineering as required. Firm must be familiar with the zoning and building application permitting process at City Hall as I will not be able to handle this. I have no preferences as to what the layout of the building is... I trust the architect to design a layout that makes sense and maximizes available square footage and the open floor plan of each unit. This means that there will be very little back and forth as far as the design process... the goal is to get drawings to city hall quickly. The finishes will all be middle tier finishes from home depot or lowes, nothing special order.
