    Comment: Owner sent guys to repaint exterior of house. They started sanding the woodwork. Its an old house, so we got a hone lead test kit and the woodwork is positive. Lots of dust came into the house through the door and around the windows (cleaning lady got a lot of it up). A contractor did some testing and found lead on the insides of the window sills in all of the rooms on the front of the house. Owner wants bids. Wife and child have moved out.
