Comment: Sue has MS, uses a walker and has just been moved to care facility in Florin Road area after living with me for nearly 5 years. All along I have asked for her to be placed in the Placerville area with a smaller home-life place so I can visit and assist her care but not be 100% responsible. I have given her Copaxone shots for MS every night for the last seven years and would be able to continue if living closer. Sue needs assisted living, her meals, be sure she takes her vitamins etc. She can shower and wash her own hair, did fix her breakfast and lunch before I came home at 1 p.m. as I work M-F 8-12 pm. She is presently in a care facility near Florin on 24th, Sacto, but is too far for me to go give her shots, visit etc. Each time I talk to Sue, the nurses always say how happy Sue seems to be. That it's so noticeable. PLEASE help me find a place in Placerville so I can help make her life good. Overall she is a sweet person but was near blind at birth, her glasses were lost in the

Comment: She was recently placed in hospital for dehydration and kidney problems due to not eating. she is very thin and frail. long hx of medical problems, but functional at times. gets dizzy and has hx of falling down. released from hospital a few days ago. needs somone to look in on her, obtain and prep meal, run errands and take her to dr. appts as needed..all relatives live out of the area. I am her daughter, debbie and live an 8hr drive away. I have my own health problems and unable to care for her as I need my own caregiver..
