    Comment: My wife and I are closing on a new home and June. We are having new flooring put throughout the house and wanted to get a quote for painting. We are scheduling a week between closing and moving in so that we can complete work and get everything ready. This is a three bed three bath split level house. We would need painting in all three bedrooms, all three bathrooms, the living room / dining room area, the hallways, and the downstairs bonus room. That's the greater part of the house. The house is approximately 2300 square feet. The flooring is our first priority followed by the walls.
