Comment: I need to convert the tub (second bathroom) to a shower area which must be somewhat larger so we need to take room from the adjacent bedroom, plus all three flooring (tiles) must be changed to non-slip tiles for kitchen, two bathrooms?, plus in the spring, another exit is needed for VA in my bedroom and the porch and the bedroom exit must have a ramp outside for those exists. This is a rather big project and needs financing so I need someone who can finance, and HONEST, stages until the VA inspector approves what is been done based on what has been offered by the contractor who will get paid what was done in several stages. So I need someone who can handle and in fact worked with VA before preferably. Please advise.
