We were in a very difficult situation, having been informed of a mold issue 1 month prior to closing on a house that we were selling. Lee worked us into the schedule, and his crew went over an above our expectations to let us close the deal on time. We, along with our sales agent as well as the buyers, were all very impressed with the thoroughness and the quality of the work that the GPX people provided. Along woth the mold abatement, the project included removal/replacement of a hot water tank and appliances, as well as drying a failly large area with industrial-strength dehumidifiers;also replacing flooring,drywall & trim.
