Josh came out and talked me through our issue and his plan for correcting the situation. He had his crew on site within 2 days (on a Saturday.) Charlie and Nik were on point and basically had the deck demoed and rebuilt within a week, which is so appreciated because our dogs are not cool enough for leashes. I always read contractor reviews and try not to believe 5 Stars or 0 Stars which is why I decided on 4.5 Stars. They have a great team and it feels good to trust the people working on our home.
