First, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable sales people. Second, great features in the system, especially the ability of mobile control. Finally, the only bad thing I can say so far is that their iphone app doesn't update the system status quickly enough. Otherwise, a solid 5 stars.

We went far beyond their basic system so the cost escalated far beyond estimated. If your looking for a basic system they probably can't be beat in price. Fotr added features you might do far better with someone else.
