First, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable sales people. Second, great features in the system, especially the ability of mobile control. Finally, the only bad thing I can say so far is that their iphone app doesn't update the system status quickly enough. Otherwise, a solid 5 stars.

I think the product is good but the sales needs some changes. I selected vivint based on cost. We were replacing a system that was 27 years old and was assured that my old system would be covered under their warranty. I specifically expressed my concern that I didn't think my old system would work and that I wanted someone to come to my house to assess the situation. I was assured i would not be charges for the window contacts and the only expense would be for glass break alarms. when the tech arrived, he said he couldnt use any of the old system and the cost jumped from $360 to over $1800. I felt I should be credited some of the cost .
