I received a very quick response to my ServiceMagic request from Hilco Construction but they told me they do not provide the roof snow removal service. So ServiceMagic was wrong by recommending them to me. Tony's Enterprise DID NOT respond to my ServiceMagic request. I had to call them to arrange for service. So, to me, ServiceMagic did not work well. First, they should confirm the service offerings by contractors and, second, they should make sure their contractors actually respond to requested services.
