Excellent and fast service. Wendell called me just minutes I sent out the request. He came the next day regardless of the snow. He fixed and fastened the stairs ( rebuilt and put them back) in 5 hours. The labor cost is $200. I paid extra $10 as bonus to him for his good work. The work passed city inspection.
