Art, Josh, Ricky and Renee (at the office) were VERY Professional and caring people to work with! Art came out after 6pm for me due to my hours, sat with us, did measurements, etc. He gave us several options without out "power selling" their products. We arranged for a Saturday set up, Josh and Ricky set everything up, put sealant around all our ducts, inside and out and kept everything clean and hauled our old unit (split one at that) away. I would HIGHLY Recommend them to Everyone (Already gave them a co-worker's name and father-in-law's info as they need new units). GREAT JOB Comfort First!

Mstaff was very honest they informed me that my unit was still under warranty and in fact parts were payed for by Goodman. All other company's told me my unit needed to be replaced. I have had a service contract with a competitor for several years and will be making the switch to Mstaff. Now as far as professionalism, The manager of the company came out and made me feel like a friend explained in detail what he was going to do for me to fix my problem and,the next day it happened. The tech that they sent out was VERY professional and explained in great detail what was wrong and set up a plan to fix it and followed the plan to the letter.
